MISSION
At Serenity Stables Foundation: A Fence of Recovery, our mission is to provide trauma-informed equine-facilitated learning, recovery support, and life-skills development for individuals, youth, and families impacted by addiction, mental health challenges, trauma, and life adversity. Through meaningful connections with horses and supportive community experiences, we create a safe and welcoming environment that builds self-awareness, emotional regulation, resilience, confidence, and personal growth. We are committed to making these services accessible to people who might not otherwise have the opportunity to reconnect, discover their strengths, and find renewed hope.

At Serenity Stables Foundation, we believe connection with horses can open the door to meaningful growth. Our equine-facilitated learning programs offer a welcoming space for people navigating addiction recovery, trauma, and mental health challenges. On our peaceful ranch, participants spend time with the herd through guided, ground-based activities. These experiences invite them to slow down, reflect, build confidence, and practice trust, communication, and healthy boundaries. Every person’s journey is different, and our goal is to help each participant discover strengths they can carry beyond the ranch.
